Production company Kadokawa opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Yoshiki Naruse's Food Court de, Mata Ashita. (See You Tomorrow at the Food Court) manga on Friday, revealing the main staff and a teaser visual (pictured). The anime series will air in 2025. Naruse began drawing the slice of life manga on their Twitter account in October 2019 before starting serialization on the Comic Newtype website in March 2020. Kadokawa published the first volume in March 2021. Yen Press licensed the manga in English in November 2021 and released the first volume in August 2022.
