The official website of the Sayounara Ryuusei, Konnichiwa Jinsei (Good Bye, Dragon Life.) television anime revealed additional cast, staff, the opening theme, and a second key visual (pictured) on Friday. The television anime is scheduled to premiere on TBS in October 2024. South Korean boy band LUN8 will perform the opening theme "Together Forever." The anime adapts Hiroaki Nagashima's adventure fantasy light novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2013. AlphaPolis began publishing the novel with illustrations by Kisuke Ichimaru in March 2015. The 24th volume went on sale on March 31. The series has a cumulative 1 million copies of its volumes in circulation. Kurono began serializing a manga adaptation on the AlphaPolis web magazine in December 2015. The 12th volume was released on March 31. AlphaPolis' Alpha Manga website serializes the manga in English. The seventh and eighth e-book volumes were released on March 29.
