Production company Asmik Ace opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Makoto Kudou's Bukiyou na Senpai. (My Awkward Senpai) manga on Monday. The website also revealed the main cast, staff, teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2025. Lynn (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai, Kidou Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo) is starring as Azusa Kannawa. Kudou began serializing the romantic comedy manga in Young Gangan magazine in December 2019. Square Enix shipped the eighth volume on August 23. The manga has a cumulative of over 550,000 copies in circulation. Synopsis Kannawa-senpai is considered many things, but smooth is definitely not one of them. Then she meets Kamegawa, her new Kouhai. He's cute, a little nerdy, and easy to talk to.
