Publishing company Drecom Media announced an anime adaptation of Kujira Tokiwa's Eris no Seihai (The Holy Grail of Eris) light novel on Sunday, revealing the lead cast, a teaser visual (pictured) and teaser promo. Tokiwa began penning the fantasy drama novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in October 2017. SB Creative published four volumes under its GA Novels imprint from November 2019 to March 2022, featuring illustrations by Yuunagi (Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki). Drecom Media will publish a new edition through its DRE Novels label, beginning with the first five volumes on November 7. Hinase Momoyama began drawing a manga adaptation on the Manga UP! website in November 2019. Square Enix published the tenth volume on March 7, with the 11th volume set to be released on November 7. Yen Press publishes both the light novel and manga in English and published the fourth novel volume in October 2023 and eighth manga volume on September 17.
