Miyano will also perform a new version of the "Kinnikuman Go Fight!" opening theme from the original anime series as the theme song for episode 0.

The official website of the Kinnikuman: Kanpeki Chоujin Shiso-hen (Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc) television anime revealed additional cast members on Saturday. The television anime is set to air with episode 0 on July 7 at 11:30 p.m. on CBC and TBS' 28 affiliated stations on the Agaru Anime programming block, followed by BS11 and Animax. Episode 0 will feature re-animated scenes from past arcs. The anime adapts Yudetamago's action comedy manga, which was serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump from 1979 to 1987. The manga returned to the ShuuPlay News web magazine in 2011. Shueisha shipped the 85th volume on July 4. Weekly Playboy serialized two sequel manga from 1997 to 2011. Shueisha released the second manga's 28th and final volume in December 2011. Update June 23 3
