The issue published the first four chapters. Manemane Nichinichi features the daily life of three managers of a high school baseball team. Yamamoto began serializing the Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san manga in Gessan Mini in June 2012, before switching to Gessan in July 2016 and ending in October 2023. Shogakukan shipped the 20th and final volume on January 12. The manga series has a cumulative 12 million copies of its volumes in print. Yen Press licensed the manga for release in English in November 2017. The 19th volume went on sale on May 28. Shin-Ei Animation adapted the manga into three anime seasons in Winter 2018, Summer 2019, and Winter 2022. An anime movie opened in theaters in June 2022. Crunchyroll is streaming the first season with English subtitles and a dub. Netflix is streaming the second season and HIDIVE is streaming the third season and the movie. Yamamoto is also the original creator of the Kunoichi Tsubaki no Mune no Uchi (In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki) and Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru (When Will Ayumu Make His Move?) television anime that aired in Spring and Summer in 2022, produced by CloverWorks and SILVER LINK., respectively.
