'Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san' Manga Ends in Three Chapters

Kodansha's Magazine Pocket app announced on Tuesday that 774's (Nanashi) Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san (Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro) manga is ending in three chapters. Chapter 154 will conclude the manga's seven-year run. 774 posted a prototype of the titular character Nagatoro on Pixiv in August 2011. The slice of life comedy manga began serializing on the Magazine Pocket appli in November 2017. Kodansha published the 19th volume on April 9. Telecom Animation Film adapted the manga into a 12-episode television anime in Spring 2021. A second season produced by OLM aired in Winter 2023. Crunchyroll streamed the anime series with subtitles and dubs in multiple languages. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in October 2018 for digital and print releases and released the 16th volume on April 30. The 17th volume is planned for an August 27 release. Synopsis High schooler Hayase Nagatoro loves to spend her free time doing one thing, and that is to bully her Senpai! After Nagatoro and her friends stumble upon the aspiring artist's drawings, they find enjoyment in mercilessly bullying the timid Senpai. Nagatoro resolves to continue her cruel game and visits him daily so that she can force Senpai into doing whatever interests her at the time, especially if it makes him uncomfortable.
