The official website of the television anime adaptation of Rikachi's Hoshifuru Oukoku no Nina (Nina the Starry Bride) manga revealed additional cast, staff, theme songs, key visual (pictured), and a promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 10 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by TV Asahi. Tatsuya Tomizawa (Diamond no Ace: Act II) and Nao Touyama (Yuru Camp△) are joining the cast as Daitus and Muhulum, respectively. Maaya Sakamoto (Arte) is performing the opening theme "nina," and Nao Touyama (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Part 2) is performing the ending theme "Hoshi no Dengon." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below. Kenichirou Komaya (Kizuna no Allele) helms the anime at Signal.MD. Yuka Yamada (Shiro Seijo to Kuro Bokushi) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Kyouko Takeya (Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san) is designing the characters and Natsumi Tabuchi (Akuyaku Reijou nanode Last Boss wo Kattemimashita) is composing the music. Rikachi began serializing the fantasy romance manga in Be-Love magazine in October 2019. Kodansha the shipped 13th volume on April 12. Kodansha USA licensed the manga for digital release in English in February 2021 and published the 12th volume on May 14.
